Husto ka Cupid! Happy Halloween is the eve of Nov 1st. This is all what Western celebrates. -- Trick or Treat!!!
For us in the Philippines, we don't have 'happy' Halloween, instead we have All Saint's/Souls day, which is ON the day of Nov. 1st. It is not a Happy occasion, it is sad. (execpt kadigatay mammartek a ta happy happy ngarud)...
This is off tangent but I'll throw it in anyway. In the US, I don't think they celebrate Christmas, I think they celebrate "Happy Holidays".

they did that to appease the muslims, jews, buddhist, etc. communities. i'm not a lawyer, but if i remember correctly, somebody sued a city or a state (can't remember the name of the place) and used the first amendment as the basis of the argument
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances
as to why government establishments must be prohibited from calling it "Christmas". surprisingly the court agreed.

Hihihihihi anak.... just for fun!....I told them before that we don't celebrate Halloween in PI...(here at work and they all rolled their eyes!)...we only celebrate all souls day and all saints day. and I told them we make lots and lots of food and cakes and we take them to the cemetery, and they roll their eyes too! hihihihihi
