If you are thinking of including laptops/notebooks/PCs in your Christmas Wishlist for yourself or for someone dear in your life, be sure it will have the feature that is capable or premium ready for the new Microsoft Vista software that will be coming soon in 2007.

The 'capable' feature will only be able to accommodate the basic Vista, but the 'premium' will have everything the software can offer.

And it should have Intel Core 2 Duo or the so-called Yonah or the Merom.

Just a tip, to make sure you are not gonna be left out into the cold corridor of recent history :wink: :wink: Kas kaniak, diak met la maka-upgrade' en :mrgreen:

At this very moment I am currently using "Vista Ultimate" and the IE7 built-in... hehe of course it is the "Eval copy". I am studying this for the upcoming Microsoft exam offered in few weeks...

Interestingly, the Vista Ultimate has it all... as a preview here are some of the few things to know:

There are basically 5 Vista version:

1 - Home Basic - the very basic, proably for the release of any new pc
2 - Home Premium - has more of course

3 - Business - more management features
4 - Enterprise - more than Business

5 - Ultimate - All of the above :D

Well so far, it is almost the same as the old predecessors but sure is the interface (Aero) is really a cool thing... This probably be released early part of next year!!!

Dagitay umay diay Summit, I will bring this tiny laptop so you can play around with the new Vista (Ultimate) :)

I have learned that you can never keep up with technological advancements. You think you have the coolest and latest technological gadget in your hand? Wait a few days and it's obsolete. That is soooo UNCOOL :(
