When you go out there fishing and got a big Salmon. Then you really want to eat and taste your hard work. So you put up the fire and started the grill. It is past halfway, but not yet cooked, but you really wanted to eat now, cause you were hungry. You said to yourself, it's fine now, it is "almost" cooked.

So you eat and enjoy it.

What am I talking about?

That act you did could cost you big time... You wanted to have something not at the right time. What would you get - haha, tapeworm. Yep, happened to most campers who don't know the risk of tape-worm producing uncooked fish.

Don't eat the Salmon yet. Let it cooked... cooked it well done. At the end, you will enjoy your hard works... with peace of mind.
