Is this the pineapple thread or the banana thread? Hehehe, just kidding :-))

Personally, I don't think that's fair at all. You are entitled to a regular salary. Your commission is just the icing of the whole cake, so to speak. The number of hours you work every other day would justify that contention. A minimum of 40 hours a week you spend on the job qualifies you as a full-time employee. Aside from your salary and commission, you are supposed to have all the fringe benefits accorded by your employer to all its regular employees such as health insurance, pension plans, educational plans, etc.

How long have you been working in that company? I ask this question because that also determines your eligibility to these benefits.

don't bother with the basic salary as long as you're getting 500K everytime you do the job... just invest in something that will bear fruit in the longer term... retirement pension or sss...

i agree with buddy daguerr.. but how much you are getting as commission?

No not me hehe. Gamin ket nanggeg ko dagitay agubra ti maysa nga burger chain nga commission lang ti maal al da and they are working 24 hours a day every other day. No SSS etc at all. And oh one of their employees has been terminated when she told DOLE they are only getting commission. han suna nagreklamon cause she believes awan laban na cause shes financially incapable.
