i suggest wenggay you should have a business plan, try to research, i don't think INOLERS from other country could help you easily. Ask for more information from your hometown, saan mo ba balak mag-put up ng business is it in Laoag City. there are many factors to be considered before making up your mind to establish a business ading ko.

Hmmmm ading Jonjon...I agree....if you want to set up a business...you have to manage it yourself.....speaking thru experience...I started one...and I entrusted it to a kabagian....the first year ...they told me it's doing good....but when I went on a surprise vacation....the business is gone :roll: as in kaput!......I also bought some farm land ...trusted the so called kakabagian to till the land....how many years ..it's almost 6 years and I never got any palay....at all..I just kept mum about it because maybe they need it more than me ....but that's it...never do business with a kabagian anymore :roll: .....it irks me so much that I am planning to sell the land when I go for vacation........

They could be rented daily,weekly or monthly. Plus there is going to be a communal kitchen where they can cook the food they want. Well Sta.Maria Laoag is only 15 minutes or less drive from the city. It is located west side of the city proper. This is still a plan, but I really wanna do it.......hopefully.....If God permit... :wink:

Yes, I do have in my mind Touch, I think it's going to be a good one , kc ang pinupuntirya kong clients ay ung mga tourist and balikbayans who want to stay in Laoag for an economical price. They could be rented daily,weekly or monthly. Plus there is going to be a communal kitchen where they can cook the food they want. Well Sta.Maria Laoag is only 15 minutes or less drive from the city. It is located west side of the city proper. This is still a plan, but I really wanna do it.......hopefully.....If God permit... :wink:
