To start with, I wish for this site to be a haven for the net-savvy Ilocanos y Ilocanas arround the globe, a virtual place where we all can be what we are and want to be yet staying decent and respectful of others.
Let this site be a place where we all can learn from, rather than fester, each other. A place where we all can share what we've learned from scool rather than from the street. A place where we all can exchange ideas.
Let this be a virtual place where all of us can grow and develop our culture to become more worthy of emulation. Let us all make this a venue for information dissemination and self-expression.
