This never-ending escalation of gas prices has gotten into the nerve deeper and deeper. It's $2.81 per gallon premium in Chicago suburb. Ten cents more in the inner-Chicago area Amoco. 8O 8O Whew :!: :cry:

Went grocery shopping today........pumped gas for my car, my hubby's car, and the pick up....and yes...gas is hurting my pocket....at least here on base....it's 2.07 gallon for regular, 2.17 for mid-grade, 2.27 for premium....I use premium though...they say it's better for the car...

Yesterday, I bought Audio-Video Wireless Signal Sender from RadioShack.
Now I don't need an extra cable box to watch the premium channels from my bedroom. Also sends remote control signals. Works like a charm.
Probably one of the best $100 I've spent :)

Is it compatible with any cable company?
It should be compatible with anything that has RCA jacks. I am not sure what they call these but these are the usual combo jacks of Video (yellow) and Audio (white/red) so you can use it on dvd/vcr/projectors etc. Range is up to 100 ft and signal can pass through walls. The reciever has RCA and Antenna jacks.
The only drawback is, the signal is interfering with my wireless home network so i need to turn it off when I need to watch something in my bedroom (where my wireless router is). Other than that, I can have my TV anywhere around the house, in the garage, in my backyard and I can still watch Seinfeld and desperate housewives hahaha.

Beef, I would think taking the miki first before the halo-halo would be a better idea. I always have problems eating halo-halo even before and after eating anything, but it is worse if taken before :lol: 8O {what am I talking about??}
