Medyo malabo yung question...If you think abt it there are private schools exclusively for girls...eh di mas maraming babai duon....mas maraming babaing maganda...whereas, public school is a coed...mas konti ang babai...is it more like the percentage???

i remember idi 1st year college ak ket most of my blockmates came from schools like de lasalle zobel, assumption, st pauls, etc....punay ti panag english da kunam mapelpelan kami a naggapu ti probinsya ken public schools... diak met latta agun uni then they started to wonder why i was not in their algebra class.... i told them im not taking it....they ask "why? did you not have it in your high school?" i said, "no, i passed the placement so im taking the advance courses now" and then they asked, "ows tlaga?! where did you study in high school? Phil Science?" I said, " No, MMSU" and they didnt know it thats when they knew and i told them all about the students in campus who came from my high school and who were really excelling.... isu a depende met latta ketdi iti adu a banag dayta but really most of all, ta tao a kas tay kuna ni touchstone...

I'm soooo proud of you.....I came from a private school from nursery to College...ngem bilibak nga talaga diay estudyante nga galing sa public school and they excell....believe me they are really good....

I want to share this...idi immay ni MHTS diay balay mi...my twins asked me ...where did he go to shool in the Philippines...ket kunak from MMSU...and they started to wonder to MMHTS ..."is that public or
private"...ket kunak that is a public school...and they said "MHTS is really smart mom"......

Hmmmmm.. so ading zachzech....baka nagsabsabat kayo met idi .... :) ...kanniak ket saluduak ti graduate ti MMSU.....my sister and my brothers went to MMSU.....graduated there....but 4 of us went to private schools.....kastay kunadan...depende ita estudyante......uray no sadinno ti pangipuruakanda kenka no talaga nga nalaingka, ket nalaingkanto latta :)

On my practice teaching....I went to a public school(Barangay High School).........and touchstone was right....in one class..there were 60 students....and I wondered how could they learn.....it baffled my mind....though I only stayed there for 3 months....I realized that the teachers were paid low...and sometimes they get their salary every 6 months...it was then funded by the municipality, and part from the National government.....and the part from the national government comes once in 6 months.....I felt sorry for the teachers then...they have families to feed .........at least I think it's better now...when I went for vacation I asked my friends(the teachers)...if things are going right...and they said yes...the barangay High is already fully funded by the national government....Thank God!...but still....one class is 60 students :roll:

Dayta man to pagbilibak ken ni maestro ken maestra, uray nagadu ti estudiyante na still they can produce a competent individual. I was in MMSU in high school, went to private school in college, Adamson University. Adu kami met in some section around 40-60 students, but in college may the best student pass. Well I am not the best nor the worst, I sometimes fail, I sometimes passed, hehehe. Depende sa buenas. I am just sure that I enjoy my college life. :lol:

I was once a teacher in private NWU and public MMSU. I was in the College of Engineering. The difference:
a. Salary MMSU get higher almost double than NWU
b. Faculty - almost equal, I met smart faculty in NWU and so with MMSU. Ngem di latta maiwalis daytay irik itay bagas di ngamin?
c. Students
MMSU- dont mind failing to a subject because per unit subject is cheap. (one on my students told me that he dont mind failing ten times, then he regret later, he did not get his Cum Laude when he graduate) :twisted:
NWU- they could sacripice thier time to learn. drop outs from MMSU there are not the best student there if not the worst. :wink:
d. Graduates
MMSU - very proud and most of them passed the Board Exam in flying colors, failed in practical application and technical hands-on. But they learn fast when they started working.
NWU - has hard time passing the Board Exam although most of them take one. Has good equipment handson background.
