Anong say ninyo sa mansion na ito? Any opinions...

Location: Brgy. Caruan Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte...

for about P 83 million pesos, is it a bargain? Knew this mansion?

Kanino kaya yan, o sino ba ang developer niyan?

Ilang taon na kaya yan? Baka naman kinuha yung litrato nung bago pa?

Probably a few years old na siguro. Let us say mga 5. Yang pics na yan mejo a few months old, e. Parang kumpletos rekados ano? One glitch, though, it seems that the mansion is located in the middle of nowhere along National Highway. Hmmm, kung ako magpapatayo ng ganyang bahay, disin sana sa me residential area na malapit din sa dagat.

Saka 3 bedrooms lang sa main house? Sa sobrang laki nun?

Since anyone can build his mansion anywhere like Barber's in Lipata, Surigao...

Who will ever dare to live in a mansion located in a desolate place?

Sa mga taga-Pagudpud and Bangui, confirm niyo ang existence nitong mansion na ito...

Desolation, isolation - those are two of the ingredients in building your mansion.
That is why your mansion has to have all the amenities that caters to your caprices, vices and whims. Without these, it's not a mansion.

The subject mansion (in this post) is "Self-Contained". It has everything! That is why it does not matter if they built it in the middle of nowhere.

that mansion is located at Brgy. Caruan, Pasuquin if im not mistaken... along the highway yan... madadaanan pag pupunta ka sa pagudpud. i heard it is owned by a british national... dont know how many years na yan.. more or less 5 years siguro.

what i know is that the guy is a british national, a former top executive of shell, married to a pilipina. kagura siguro daguiti kalugaran na, ngamin he is against quarrying around the area. the area is famous with its nice pebbles used in decorating pavements and houses

Naminsan nga napanak dita Home Depot (Home Improvement Store), naawis ti panagkitak kadagitay nagpipintas nga babassit nga batbato. Kitaek ti supot na "Imported from the Philippines" kunana.

Sigurado ak nga Pasuquin man ti naggapuan da dagita. Gumatangak kuma ngem nagngina met sika!

That goes to show that Pasuquin is rich in natural resources.
From what I heard there is also mining operation in Pasuquin.

Malamang, manang. That mansion pic posted by me (InabrawSalu-y-o-t pa ang name ko nun) was really huge, full of amenities and stuff located in Caruan, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.

I have no idea kung natiran ang mansion na yan,but it is really huge. Foreigner ata ang me ari nyan. Sabi Design ata by Gary Player. Di kaya sa mga Marcoses din ang mansion na ito? Hmmmm...
