Christmas Holiday is fast approaching. We only have 94 days remaining before the awaiting season....
Yippee....Advance to all
We usually sang the following songs during Holiday Season like "Give love on Christmas day",......."People making list, buying special gifts"......, "Pasko na naman o kay tulin ng araw", Mano po ninong, mano po ninang,...."Ang Pasko ay sumapit".........and many more
For me Christmas is everyday it does not falls only on December....
I can give love everyday
I can give money everyday
...and many more
What is the true meaning of Christmas to you.....
The Spirit of Christmas is................................................ ......

Christmas derived from HIS name CHRIST....
Christmas derived from HIS name CHRIST....
Ading ko SuperGlow, you are absolutely right! That is why I am always angry whenever I see the word X-MAS. Because what they are trying to do is to cross out (X) the name of CHRIST from the word CHRIST-MAS.
We, Christians should say or do something whenever we see the word X-MAS - it shouldn't be like that. After all, the only reason why we have CHRISTMAS is CHRIST.
Great point SuperGlow.

Manong MHTS...
I want to share this to you...I used to be HR manager ket I made a big greeting outside my office and I put there MERRY CHRISTMAS...I got in trouble for putting that outside my office ta adu kanu ti ma-offend...they wanted me to change to HAPPY HOLIDAYS instead. I just removed the sign instead and did not replace anything...I got offended too...afterall the reason why we have the holiday bec. of Christ......
SuperGlow, I would be offended, too. It is so hard to believe, really, that our place is so diverse that our government is so flexible and very sensitive when it comes to descrimination.
This is one of the reasons why I love celebrating Christmas in the Philippines. There, at least, we can still freely say to the person nga makasabet mo diay kalsada, "Merry Christmas Apo".
Day after day, men try to remove God from the equation of our lives. It is really hard here (e.g. USA) to proclaim God and share His Love because we don't know who will be offended by it. But who do we blame first when disaster srikes?
I know this for sure, those countries that love God are more blessed... same to individuals... (Blessed doesn't always mean happy though.... at least there is the "security")...
Adu unay ti nasaokon, MERRY CHRISTMAS ngaruden apo, Mano pay nga aldaw? Adda koma Count Down thread tayo a?

With the world?s idea of Christmas, we tend to dismiss the main reason for the Christmas season. The word Christmas has lost its meaning in the hearts of much of the world. This may be news to you, but Christmas has nothing to do with what you are getting, or how much money you have, or having a turkey on the dinner table, or whether your kids are acting right, or whether your love life is tight or fallen apart.
God wants to remind you of what Christmas means to you. It is what the Savior did that we can celebrate a glorious Christmas whether your circumstances are favorable or not.

Christmas is defines Christ THE Lord . Not a Lord, as in many; but THE Lord, as in the only One. The word Lord means one who is supreme in authority. It?s translated, master, owner. Hence, there?s great delight for you because the Lord, the Master, the Owner, is come. He came that day the Child was born in Bethlehem. He came that Christmas morning.
