Greetings,
Did you know how David killed the Giant Goliath?
I know we will have good and correct answers with that. I have my answer and I just want to know yours first.
Anyway any other "Did You Know" Biblical knowledge stuff that you know; be kind enough to share.
Thank you and God bless . . .
Probably the most obvious reason: David killed Goliath with a slingshot.
If there is another answer to this question, I am definitely interested to know :)
Welcome to INOL gayyem tonton!

"David killed the Giant with a Giant God"
Any Giants in your life. Faced it with a Giant God.
God bless . . .

i agree....When mountains fall, stand.
Stop telling or complaning to God how big is your problem. Instead, tell to your problems that you have a big GOD.

Amen!
Giant God.
How could have I missed it!
DID YOU KNOW??
That the very center WORD of the Bible is LORD?
The center of the Bible is Psalms 118:8 "It's better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man."
I know most of you knows this already but it is good to share it here in this thread.

sika talaga you're very hilarious!
There were two trees in the Garden of Eden that mentioned in the bible.
The Tree of Life
The Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil
Found in "Gen 2:9, 16, 17"
And out of the ground the Lord God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food; the TREE OF LIFE also in the MIDDLE of the garden, and the TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL.
God planted the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden. Anyone eating the fruit of this tree would gain eternal life. He also planted the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil; anyone eating of that tree would die. God warned Adam and Eve not to eat of the evil tree, but the devil being crafty deceived Eve into thinking that she could become like God.

Siguro madi ka nakastrek idi madamada maestram a butbutingtingen da dayta a topiko, hehe.
Seriously, is it discuss in Science class or Religion class?
Science teaches that the world we live in is round. Religion preach things differently, apo Tonton.
"NON SEMPER EA SUNT QUAE VIDENTUR."
Very true bradaH juVans...
Here is my two-cents:
One point in the history of science once believe the earth was flat. And lots of scientists also believe and quoted the Bible only know it as flat as well.
The Bible mentions: "It is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth ..." (Isaiah 40:22) "...and hangeth the earth upon nothing." (Job 26:7). The word circle in Isaiah is a Hebrew word "chuwg", meaning "sphere".
So it is sphere-like, more likely a round object.

CAUTION:
Here's the scenario: You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside.
You lock your doors, start the engine and shift into reverse.
You look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space and notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window.
You shift into PARK, unlock your doors, get out of the car and walk to the rear to remove the paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.
When you reach the back of your car, car-jackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off!
Your engine was running and they practically mow you down as they speed off.
Guess what ladies and gents? I'll bet your purse and/or other valuables were still in the car!
THIS IS A NEW CAR-JACK SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED...VERY SUCCESSFULLY.
What to do: Just drive away and remove the object that's stuck to your window-later.
