GAY VOWS TO STOP WEDDING
By Gene Basilio Jr., Northern Luzon Bureau
The Manila Times
KASIBU, Nueva Vizcaya—In this little town, hell hath no fury than a gay scorned.
A gay here who is a barangay captain has raised hell as his boyfriend is going to wed the love of his life—a woman.
When punong (chairman) barangay Juan Nacodam learned that his boyfriend, Digoy Camhit (not his real name), was applying for a marriage license, he swore upon the graves of all dead gays that he would stop the wedding.
Camhit, a cave guard, said that Nacodam (also known as Madam Julie), would not let him go.
His seven-year affair with Nacodam turned sour when Nacodam brought a young man to live with them. This young man, Nacodam told Camhit, was his nephew.
Since then, Cam?????hit said, Nacodam became rude to him.
“Later on, I suspected that the young man was not his nephew because I saw him [intimately] embracing the guy,” said Camhit.
Camhit left, leaving behind almost all of the property—including a horse and a pig— that he and Nacodam had bought from their earnings.
He searched for fulfillment and happiness in the arms of a woman.
“Meantime, he spoke ill of me,” said Camhit.
Staffers in the provincial tourism office, where Camhit is employed, said that after the separation, Nacodam raised to officials Camhit’s delinquency as a guard.
“But we knew that Madam Julie told lies mostly to get back at Digoy,” one staffer said.
Now, members of the barangay council are preparing a petition against Nacodam for his inefficiency as a barangay captain. They said that Nacodam often goes on leave for purely personal reasons without delegating his responsibilities to them.
Kagawad (councilman) Romeo Bolintao said Nacodam withdrew traveling expenses and per diem for an official conference in Davao City, that he did not attend because he traveled to Cagayan instead.
Bolintao said that Nacodam forged a kagawad’s signature on a committee report for the barangay council’s appropriation.
Nacodam also hit a kid with a mono-block chair for taking and losing his flashlight.
Pressure from the residents is mounting to oust Nacodam for his immorality, he said.
In an interview with The Manila Times, Nacodam denied all of Bolintao’s claims, saying he performed his functions as a barangay captain well.

WAYWARD HUSBANDS: BEWARE!!!

Wayward husband gets ***** cut off
MANILA (Reuters) - An irate Filipino housewife sliced off her husband's ***** while he slept after she discovered text messages from another woman on his mobile phone.
A local radio station reported the woman rushed her husband to hospital in Manila on Thursday when large amounts of blood flowed from his wound, but that she forgot to bring the severed piece of flesh.
Doctors were able to restore his manhood after she raced home to collect the missing piece. The man, a welder, told the radio station he had forgiven his wife.
Callers to the station, reacting to the news, offered helpful hints to wayward husbands such as never sleeping on their backs and always keeping mobile phones tucked under the pillow.

Candidate promises honesty, US visas for all Filipinos
Posted: 2:06 AM (Manila Time) | Dec. 17, 2003

Inquirer News Service
IF YOU want to be an American visa, vote for Elly Velez Balocos Lao Pamatong for president.
Pamatong, of the United States Supporters' Alliance (USSA), said he would file his certificate of candidacy at the Commission on Elections at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
In an advisory sent to the media Tuesday, Pamatong said he would establish a "true Government of Democracy (GOD)" to work against the "God of Money in the Philippines." He said his government would be based on a policy of "total honesty in public service," designed to destroy "all forms of corruption."
He promised US visas for all Filipinos "within the first 100 days" of his administration, citing what he called a decision handed down by US Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit Judge Harry Pregerson in 1994, which he said read: "Filipinos born during the territorial period were, and still are, citizens of the United States of America."
For good measure, consider "Jesus Christ" for vice president.
A man who said that was his nickname Tuesday became the first vice presidential candidate for the May elections.
His real name is Alfredo Ananayo, and he is a security guard residing in the Holy Spirit area of Quezon City. Unlike the biblical Jesus Christ who was born in Bethlehem more than 2000 years ago, Ananayo was born in Baguio City 57 years ago.

Rape victim?s kin hit doctors? findings
By Charisma Love B. Gado, Northern Luzon Bureau
Batac, Ilocos Norte? The relatives of a rape victim doubt the result of the medical examination done by experts at the Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, here.
According to the mother of the 15-year-old rape victim, the medical experts told them that there was no penetration of the victim?s genitalia and that the hymen is intact.
?Contradicting daytoy a finding gapu ta inamin tay nangsagid kenkuana a ginarawna daytoy ken kuna tay anakko a nariknana nga adda simrek kenkuana [he finding is contradicting [to the victim and a suspect?s testimonies] because one of the suspects admitted his crime and my daughter told me that there was penetration],? the mother said.
The relatives of the victim, who plans to ask for a second opinion on Monday, said the medical examination was done a day after the victim was raped.
?Saanmi patien tay resulta gapu ta nakitak nga adda dara tay pantyliner ti anakko [We don?t believe the result because I saw bloodstains on my daughter?s panty liner],? she said.
Although the findings contradict the victim?s testimony, the police filed antichild abuse and rape cases against the suspects.
Based on the girl?s testimony, she was raped and sexually molested by five men on the evening of December 8 in Barangay 24 Sumader, also in this town.
The victim identified the suspects as Jason Cusay, Billy Fontanilla, Richard Ugot, Alexis Owen Salvador and Rowell Guetteng.
She said that she was raped after she was invited by Cusay to go to a carnival in Bata. Instead of going to the carnival, the suspects took her to Cusay?s house.
The suspects then had a drinking session and they forced her to drink a glass of gin. After drinking a shot, she felt drowsy.
She insisted that Cusay raped her while the other suspects molested her.
All the suspects are now detained.

The bottom line is, she was abused and violated. Whther there was penetration or not, the culprits' intent was to rape her.
These kinds of people should be jailed and taken out of the streets.

Malagip ko man diay nabuyag idi rabii from Discovery Health Channel Medical Mystery.
Maysa a lalaki naitaray diay Hospital ta pinaltogan da. The guy was shot by a someone he didn't know and he got shot in his left leg. Diay asideg diay singit na ngem nababa bassit. The doctors did an x-ray and found no serious wounds, no bones hit, and no main veins and arteries severed.
One shot in the leg, one hole in his leg. No exit wound, and no internal bleeding or serious impact. One doctor had a rather stupid question when they saw the x-ray. "There is no exit wound, where is the bullet?"
They were arguing with the patient if he got shot somewhere when he started to complain that he can't breath. All the nurses checked his back, shoulders, chest and everywhere but did not find any scratch.
They ran an x-ray to his chest. They found no internal bleeding, no damage in his stomach, no severed vein in all his upper body. But the guy still continue to complain he can't breath.
They looked closely to the x-ray.... and they noticed the bullet in his heart....
HUH???
The only explanation they have is the "Submarine Theory". The bullet travelled as if it was a submarine to the guy's veins and stayed in the heart floating ??? I wasn't sure if it was in the heart... but somewhere in his chest... still weird...
The guy was got shot in the leg... He got operated in the heart...
Hence, medical mystery eih!
