Amoure, marigatanak ta diak met ammo dagiti particulares nga mabalin nga pagyamanan dita Cordillera. Generalities, maybe, but it won't augur well into the hearts of the listeners because that is what a public prayer is for - a supplication with the listeners in mind.
You may be thankful for the peaceful atmosphere in the region; for abundance of harvests whatever crops they have there; the good, effective leadership the local officials have demonstrated and that includes also the civic and church leadership which embraces living conditions, better roads, efficient garbage collection, better management of pest control; improved/updated health care; less red tapes in government offices; less incidence of criminal offenses, and many more local concerns that you can think of.
Also, don't forget to include the other basic parts of a prayer: praise and reverence to the most high, ask for forgiveness of sin, ask for His blessings, and the affirmation of faith to Him. Not exactly in that order, though. Did I miss anything, MHTS?
