Help me decide.

I'm sorry beef i can give you advice..it's all your choice ading..what do you really want?
Ok here is my advice Beef...
Take your Board Exam first. I know it is not my typical answer to this question but here is my explanations:
1 - Your 'knowledge' chunk in your brain is still fresh. Follow it up with that one year review, and you will likely to pass your Board Exam.
2 - The earlier, the better. If you put this Board Exam off, it will be put off for a while, then forgotten. You will be saying, "Hmm, may trabaho naman ako, so kahit wala ng Board Exam." Not good.
3 - If you turn down their offer, because you want to append the "ENGR." first to your name. They might reconsider to hire you after you are done with you exam.
4 - Board exam is not easy. Finding a job is not easy either. But finding a job after you passed the exam should make it a little bit easier to find a job.
5 - Your decision to put your knowledge to a job now is good. But it would be better to put your profession into your job.
But like Cupid said, if it is possible to have a job and review for your Board Exam is possible, why not! But if not, I would go for the Board Exam first...

Beef would it be possible for you to work part time and review for the exam at the same time? I think this is the best option for your problem. If they really like you they will accommodate you by working part time.
If working part time is not acceptable to your prospective employer, it is really better for you to study well for your board exam and pass the test as soon as you can. If you brush it aside this time, you will never be able to have time if your start working full time.
